�pQii pyla <br /> Minutes of the <br /> .._ a Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting <br /> - " April 11, 2022 <br /> APRIL 19T, <br /> Location and Time: Remote Meeting; 7:00 P.M. <br /> CEC Members Present (remote participation): Charles Lamb, Chair; David Kanter, <br /> Vice—Chair & Clerk <br /> CEC Members Absent with Reason: Sandy Beebee, Mike Boudett, Rod Cole; and <br /> Frank Smith <br /> Others Present (remote participation): None <br /> Documents Presented: <br /> • Notice of Public Meeting/Agenda CEC Meeting, April 11 , 2022 <br /> • Mr. Kanter's E-Mail Today, 6:23 P.M., Re: Purpose for Tomorrow's Posted, Virtual, <br /> Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting at 7:00 p.m.—Article 10(e); <br /> Confirming previous advice to Committee Members not to attend this meeting as the <br /> purpose for it had just been made no longer applicable—but too late for formal <br /> pre-cancellation of it. <br /> Call to Order <br /> Mr. Lamb called this Remote (Virtual) Meeting, which had been posted as such, to order at <br /> 7:00 P.M. As the other Committee members had been previously advised of the special <br /> conditions of this meeting, he passed on repeating them (i.e., the authority to not require a <br /> physical presence of a quorum and other selected terms under the Open Meeting Law in <br /> legislation signed on February 15, 2022 (Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022) by Massachusetts <br /> Governor Charles D. Baker with an extension of that relief until July 15, 2022). <br /> Mr. Lamb completed a roll-call attendance which determining that, as just recently <br /> determined and alerted to other Committee members as no need to attend, only he and <br /> Mr. Kanter were present; therefore, there was no quorum. <br /> Adjourn <br /> At 7:01 P.M., Mr. Lamb advised that as the meeting was unable to fulfill quorum requirements, <br /> it was adjourned. <br /> This Minutes was approved by the CEC at its meeting on April 29, 2022. <br />
