The Commission reviewed the proposed plans, stated it does not respect the integrity of this historic house. They agreed to continue this application to next meeting in January, 2023. Sharon Ladd, 40 Bloomfield St, inquired about the clarification of what the historic relevance is of the house. She stated she strongly supported the house of 33 Bloomfield St could be expanded and maintained. HC COMMENTS: The Commission stated they do not support this proposed addition. The proposed plans do not respect the integrity of this historic house. They agreed to continue this application to next meeting in January, 2023.
