1 <br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Vision for Lexington Committee Meeting <br />July 29, 2022 <br />Remote Meeting <br />7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Margaret Coppe, Bhumip Khasnabish, Samita Mandelia, Robert Peters, Weidong <br />Wang, Andrew Dixon, Shannon Murtagh, Mark Sandeen, John Giudice, and Dan Krupka <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mark Manasas, Daniel Joyner, Rina Kodendera <br /> <br />Guests:, Bob Pressman <br /> <br />Staff Present: James Robinson <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order: 7:53am <br /> <br />The Remote Meeting Script was read by Ms. Margaret Coppe. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> Minutes from 4/29 and 5/27 were approved with spelling revisions <br /> <br />Action Items Summary: <br /> Acquire Updated Remote Meeting Script (James Robinson) <br /> Get Update on Webpage progress (Daniel Joyner) <br /> Continue Recruitment for final vacancy <br /> Get Update from Subcommittee on Voter Participation (Rina Kodendera) <br /> Review completed Comprehensive Plan and relationship to VFL Committee Charge <br /> Advance the Comprehensive Plan’s goals by utilizing Town-wide Survey (Town-wide Survey <br />Working Group) <br /> <br />Meeting Highlights: <br /> <br />VFL Website and Report on Emails <br />Mr. Mark Manasas and Mr. Dan Joyner were absent from the meeting. <br /> <br />New Member Introductions <br />Select Board Member Mr. Mark Sandeen was introduced to the Vision for Lexington Committee as the <br />new Select Board Liaison. <br /> <br />Mr. John Giudice was also introduced as a new member of the Vision for Lexington Committee. <br />
