LEXINGTON HISTORICAL CONMI.SSION <br /> Minutes <br /> February 20, 1980 <br /> The Lexington Historical Commission held a regular monthly <br /> meeting on February 20, 1980, in Room 111 of the Town Office <br /> Building. Members present were Anne Grady and Sara Chase. <br /> The question of determining criteria for and selecting <br /> a winner of the Excellence in Preservation Award was discussed, <br /> but no projects seemed especially eligible. Consideration will <br /> be continued at the next meeting. <br /> Discussion of the possibility of procuring the services <br /> of Boston. University preservation students to undertake a <br /> preservation plan for Lexington as the focus of their semester's <br /> activity in, one course centered on preparation for attending <br /> the next Selectmen's Meeting, at which the idea is to be <br /> discussed by the Selectmen. It was agreed that Sara Chase <br /> would attend that meeting to represent the Commission. <br /> Anne Grady is to write to Columbia University to inquire <br /> about the fin.anci ,L REQUIREMENTS For their student internships. <br /> Sara Chase is to answer tw a letter from Jason Cortell <br /> Associates concerning final routing of the Mill Brook Valley <br /> Relief Sewer. <br /> Anne Grady is to present National R gister information. <br /> to the new residents of the George Harrington.
