Lexington Historical Commission <br /> Lexington, Massachusetts 02173 <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> May 10, 1979 Room 111 <br /> 7 :30 p.m. Town Office Building <br /> Present: Sara Chase, Bebe Fallick, Anne Grady <br /> The meeting was called to order by Sara Chase at 7 :45. <br /> SURVEY AND The Historical Commission voted to apply to the <br /> PLANNING Massachusetts Historical Commission for a Survey <br /> GRANT and Planning Grant. Norma Bogen will fill out <br /> the preapplication before the June 15th deadline <br /> for submission. <br /> INVENTORY Bebe Fallick will meet with Betty Reinhardt in <br /> the near future to go over inventory procedure. <br /> Although a good portion of Lexington has been <br /> surveyed, only the forms for the properties in <br /> • the four historic districts have been sent in to <br /> the Massachusetts Historical Commission. <br /> PRESERVA Sara Chase presented Mr, and Mrs . Snyder with this <br /> TION year's award for Excellence in Preservation for <br /> AWARD their successful restoration of the Sanderson <br /> house. <br /> The Commission reviewed and overwhelmingly approved <br /> the article Bebe Fallick wrote about the award <br /> and the Snyders which will appear in the Lexington <br /> Minute Man on May 17, 1979. <br /> LETTER TO A letter drafted by Anne Grady concerning the <br /> THE TOWN Historical Commission' s recommendations to the Town <br /> MANAGER Manager and the Selectmen for procedures to be <br /> followed in future school sites conversions was <br /> approved. Sara Chase will send the letter to <br /> Mr. Hutchinson, Town Manager, and a copy to the <br /> Selectmen within the next several days. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. . <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Anne Grady <br />
