Lexington Historical Commission <br /> Lexington, Massachusetts 02173 <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> January 9, 1979 Room G15 <br /> 7130 p.m. Town Office Building <br /> Present2 Sara Chase , Bebe Fallick, Anne Grady <br /> The meeting was called to order by Sara Chase at 7=40 . <br /> MINUTES The minutes of the meeting of December 14, 1978 <br /> were read, corrected and accepted. <br /> FILES Sara Chase suggested that the Commission files be <br /> organized and transferred to the Town Offices by <br /> June of 1979 at the latest. She will find out <br /> where the file cabinet which has been assigned to <br /> the Commission has been placed. <br /> INVENTORY Bebe Fallick has received all of the inventory <br /> materials from Betty Reinhardt except the Moon <br /> Hill forms which Sara Chase has. Ms. Fallick <br /> will meet with Sara Chase in the near future to <br /> go over the inventory. Ms . Fallick will also <br /> review the MAPC inventory forms for Lexington <br /> public buildings and add to them further information <br /> from the Commission' s own forms. <br /> It was agreed that the next step is to organize <br /> the inventory forms and assess how much remains to <br /> be done . Anne Grady will ask the Town Engineer <br /> if a plot plan of Lexington (of manageable size) <br /> exists. <br /> A discussion followed about how to find volunteers. <br /> Anne Grady will ask several people she knows .if <br /> they are interested in working. Sara Chase will <br /> ask Rosemary Booth. <br /> NATIONAL TRUST Ms . Chase read a letter from the National Trust for <br /> INTERN Historic Preservation stating that the LHC' s <br /> application for a summer intern has been turned <br /> down. The reason given was that the National Trust <br /> received many high quality applications and could <br /> only fund some of them. <br /> RIDGE II ' j... Anne Grady was asked by Joe Orfant of the Massachu- <br /> ESTATTES setts Historical Commission to help assess the <br /> impact of the proposed Ridge II estates on two <br /> existing dwellings of the land parcel.
