Lexington Historical Commission Lexington, Massachusetts 02173 Meeting Minutes January 9, 1979 Room G15 7130 p.m. Town Office Building Present2 Sara Chase , Bebe Fallick, Anne Grady The meeting was called to order by Sara Chase at 7=40 . MINUTES The minutes of the meeting of December 14, 1978 were read, corrected and accepted. FILES Sara Chase suggested that the Commission files be organized and transferred to the Town Offices by June of 1979 at the latest. She will find out where the file cabinet which has been assigned to the Commission has been placed. INVENTORY Bebe Fallick has received all of the inventory materials from Betty Reinhardt except the Moon Hill forms which Sara Chase has. Ms. Fallick will meet with Sara Chase in the near future to go over the inventory. Ms . Fallick will also review the MAPC inventory forms for Lexington public buildings and add to them further information from the Commission' s own forms. It was agreed that the next step is to organize the inventory forms and assess how much remains to be done . Anne Grady will ask the Town Engineer if a plot plan of Lexington (of manageable size) exists. A discussion followed about how to find volunteers. Anne Grady will ask several people she knows .if they are interested in working. Sara Chase will ask Rosemary Booth. NATIONAL TRUST Ms . Chase read a letter from the National Trust for INTERN Historic Preservation stating that the LHC' s application for a summer intern has been turned down. The reason given was that the National Trust received many high quality applications and could only fund some of them. RIDGE II ' j...
