It's very helpful. Working clockwise from <br />the top (Rolfe Rd) of the plot plan for each tree removed I find the following: <br />DBH Inches Replacement inches <br />Removed (using 2x multiplier for DBH equal or greater than 24 inches*) <br /> 42 84 <br /> 12 12 <br /> 24 48 <br /> 12 12 <br /> 24 48 <br />114 204 <br />It appears that replacement inches (required since 2017) for the mitigation fee were not used. If my math is correct, <br />the mitigation payment would be $20,400* (not $11,400). Do you agree? <br />On the question of why the $10/$100 fee/mitigation rates were used, I do see that the New Construction permit was <br />filed before the July 29th, 2021 date on which the Attorney General approved the bylaw change increasing fees. On <br />the other hand, the Demo Permit, with which the "Tree Warden Review" is associated, was submitted on August 9, <br />2021. So I guess a further discussion may be in order as to which is the controlling date.
