Town of Lexington <br />Bicycle Advisory Committee <br />7/14/2022 <br /> <br />14 July 2022 / 7:00 PM / via Zoom <br />ATTENDEES <br />Members: Ram Reddy, Jim Cadenhead, Suzan Chen, Dave Armstrong, <br />Also Attending: Susan Barrett (Transportation Manager), Omar Khudari, Peggy <br />Enders, Richard Canale (Battle Road), Ross Morrow (Town Engineer), <br />Guests: Tom Wilson, Tyler de Ruiter (consulting company) <br /> <br /> <br />FoLB/Bike Lexington 7:00 – 7:30 pm <br /> <br />1. Treasurer’s Report - Cash Balance ~20K updated. Accountant has completed <br />Tax Returns (last 4 years)..being reviewed. <br /> <br />2. Tour de Cure Event - Tim Wilson - Needs for the event. (p.s.: per team member, <br />needs to raise $250). Marshalls/volunteers would be sort of biking (helping folks <br />with minor bike issues). Need help at Rest Stops. Wellness Area - FoLB can <br />help with. Met students at the Bike Rodeo - Susan will help coordinate mail to <br />students. Omar, Dave volunteered. Link for Sign Marking was given. Suzan <br />Chen will send a message to her contacts for volunteers. <br /> <br />3. Burma Shave Signs update - Peggy will work separately with the group, on new <br />signs.
