Ms. Molly Obendorf, Stamski and McNary, Inc., and Mr. David Crossman, B&C Associates, <br />presented to the Commission. Mr. Crossman delineated the wetland line at this site. Ms. Ladd <br />asked where the transect point was on the site plan and Mr. Crossman pointed to the area on the <br />plan between flags 5 and 6. Mr. Crossman said that the wetlands line was determined strictly by <br />soils because the lawn area is considered altered. Ms. Ladd requests test pit data because the <br />elevation is lower than where Flag #7 is and would like confirmation.
