The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) was <br /> established in December 2017 to spearhead this update and to bring a Draft Plan forward to the Planning <br /> Board. The CPAC was intended to be in place until the Board acted to adopt the Plan. On September <br /> 28, the Board voted to adopt the Lexington NEXT Plan and absolved the CPAC of their duties. The <br /> Planning Board greatly appreciates the hard work of the CPAC, the Consultants, many community <br /> members, Select Board members, staff members, Committee liaisons, and all those that participated in <br /> the process. The Board is especially grateful to the Co-Chair Sarah Felton who has remained an active <br /> member for five years, Co-Chair Chris Herbert, and Hema Bhatt whom participated all the way through <br /> to final adoption. All members contributed and made this planning process a success.
