Minutes from the Community Housing Resources Subcommittee Meeting – March 8, 2022 <br /> <br />Attendees: Margaret Heitz, Jeri Foutter, Bob Pressman <br />Absent: Paul Linton, Betsey Weiss <br />Guests: None <br /> <br />Summary of Discussion <br /> <br />1. Call to Order – HPB Subcommittee on Community Housing Specialist <br />The meeting was held remotely via Zoom conference and called to order by Margaret <br />at 7:03 pm. Minutes were taken by Jeri Foutter. <br /> <br />2. Subcommittee Plans <br />This is our 5th meeting on Affordable Housing Resources and there was discussion of end <br />results and timeline. <br /> <br />3. Discussion Topics <br />• Concord and Amherst housing information provided by Robert Pressman <br />• Lexington status report versus information on other towns provided by Liz Rust (9 <br />town quarterly report) <br />• Subcommittee to prepare for a meeting with Carol Kowalski in order to set-up <br />objectives, draft job description, and plan to proceed – sample topics <br />o Housing dedicated employee working with RHSO <br />o Information on three documents <br />o List of possible housing endeavors <br />• Various locations in Lexington with potential for development with affordable housing <br /> <br />4. Meeting Minutes <br />Postpone review and approval of the prior meeting Minutes until the next meeting. <br /> <br />5. Set the Next Meeting <br />The next meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday April 12, 2022, at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />6. Adjourn the Meeting <br />Jeri Foutter moved for adjournment and Robert Pressman seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously; the meeting was adjourned at 8:07 PM. <br /> <br />
