2 <br /> <br />Margaret showed a list of tasks & responsibilities for professional staff/consultant on housing that had <br />been drafted by Bob Pressman last year. <br />Margaret expressed the need for affordable housing web page(s) to be the responsibility of someone on <br />town staff. The Planning Department is currently understaffed. <br />Margaret will create a spreadsheet template for the committee members to fill in; Betsey will check on <br />whether we can share a spreadsheet under open meeting laws. <br />5. Set the Next Meeting <br />The next meeting will be held virtually on Thursday February 3, 2022 at 7:00 pm. <br />6. Adjourn the Meeting <br />Betsey moved for adjournment and Paul seconded the motion.
