Dan Hisel. <br />Associate Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Present: Siqing Pan, Department Assistant <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy called the August 4, 2022 Historic Districts Commission meeting to order at <br />5:01pm. <br />FORMAL HEARING <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the formal hearing for 7 Depot Square, exterior changes (Signage) in the <br />Battle Green Historic District <br /> <br />Documents <br />Full plan set of proposed alteration: dated June 15, 2022 <br />Photographs of entire face of each building elevation visible from the public way: dated June 15, 2022 <br />List of Material: dated June 15, 2022 <br />Work Scope Narrative: dated June 15, 2022 <br />Owner Authorization Letter: dated June 18, 2022 <br /> <br />The applicant explained the proposed changes to 7 Depot Square. <br />The Board felt the proposed plans were appropriate. <br />No Public Comments. <br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to 7 Depot <br />Square.
