<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 30, 2009 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board in the Planning Office, Town Office <br />Building was called to order at 6:09 p.m. by Chairman Hornig, with members Manz, Canale and <br />planning staff McCall-Taylor and Kaufman present. Mr. Zurlo joined the meeting in progress. <br />*************************HARTWELL AVENUE AREA STUDY******************** <br />The Board reviewed language in Article 45 for clarity with regards to purpose, applicability and <br />a TMO Plan for each district. The Board worked to incorporate the goals that are called out in <br />the MassHighway Design Guidelines as they are also their goals. Mr. Canale suggested adding a <br />clause that existing businesses be encouraged to participate in TDM measures as well. Staff will <br />take the changes and incorporate them into the document for further discussion at the next <br />meeting. <br />*******************PLANNING BOARD ORGANIZATION SCHEDULE************** <br />The Board reviewed its upcoming schedule. There will be meetings this week on Wednesday, <br />April 1, at 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 2, at 8:00 p.m. <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Wendy Manz, Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
