2 <br />Update on Collaborative Reform: <br /> The group is writing up a charge statement and will ask the Town Manager to appoint <br />the current members to this sub-committee. <br /> <br />Vision of the Stone Building: <br /> The Commission voted unanimously to support the vision of the Stone <br />Building Feasibility Reuse Committee (SBFRC) for the future of the Stone Building. <br />Victoria will write a letter for their future discussions with the Cary Library Trustees and the <br />Select Board respectively. <br /> <br />New Business: <br />• There have been problems brought to John Livsey about construction access and <br />ramps in the Center that were fully addressed. <br />• There are some spots where the new bricks are breaking near the Clay Oven – DPW <br />will look at those spots. <br />• There was another complaint about the tables at Rancatore’s. Jim Kelly will follow up <br />with this problem. <br />• Jim Kelly said that there is a request for a permit at 181 Bedford Street. He will talk <br />to Ben Finnegan Development. <br />• Janet brought up that there s still a divot in the pavement in front of the Hastings <br />School that is a potential tripping hazard. Jim will look into this. <br />• The Commission wants to give a certificate to Omar’s for showing such wonderful <br />support to those with disabilities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
