The Commission will hold a special meeting about this later
to talk about collaborative reform. A moment of silence was held for Brandon and his family.
This was a very unfortunate tragic incident. Victoria has reached out to police and family.

Minutes:
Approval of December minutes was unanimous.

Presentation of new police station:
Mark Barrett, Public Facilities with Jeff McElravy and Matt Salad from Tecton
Architects presented the plans for the new police station. The plan is to relocate to 45
Bedford temporarily while old station is demolished and then build the new one possibly
expanding Fletcher Field. The plans were reviewed with access to all rooms, automatic door
openers, elevators, room for social workers, a 40-seat meeting room and 8-9 HP parking
spaces. The Commission asked for a more direct path from the parking to the front door.
