Land Acquisition Subcommittee Meeting on April 26, 2022 <br /> <br />Attendees: Harriet Cohen, Jeri Foutter, Betsey Weiss <br />Absent: Paul Linton <br />Guest: Kathryn Roy <br /> <br />Agenda <br />1. Call to Order – HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal <br />The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:01 pm. <br />Minutes were taken by Betsey Weiss. <br /> <br />2. Review of Land Acquisition Policy Draft Proposal <br />The entirety of the meeting was spent in a review of the draft policy proposal. Substantial <br />improvements were made. The subcommittee will contact Carol Kowalski to get her input, get <br />the input of the HPB and then start writing talking points and start a presentation at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />3. Minutes were voted and approved- Jan. 4th, Jan. 25th, Feb. 1st, Feb. 22nd, and March 22nd. Harriet <br />Cohen moved the five sets of minutes and Jeri Foutter seconded the minutes. All in favor. <br /> <br />4. Set Next Meeting <br />The subcommittee did set a tentative next meeting date for May 26th. Ms. Weiss will coordinate <br />among the subcommittee members if the date needs to change. <br /> <br />5. Adjourn Meeting <br />Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Foutter seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
