Vitunic <br /> Mary de Alderete, Clerk <br /> MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> A meeting of the Board of Registrars was held on February 15, 2022 over the Zoom meeting <br /> platform, and called to order by Town Clerk, Mary de Alderete at 6:35 PM. Registrars Gordon <br /> Jones and Judith Moore were present. <br /> Election of Chair: <br /> MOTION. A motion to open the floor for nominations for Chair for the years 2022-2023 was <br /> made and seconded. <br /> Ms. Moore nominated Mr. Jones as Chair. There were no other nominations. <br /> Motion to elect Mr. Jones as Chair for 2022-2023 was approved by unanimous consent. <br /> Approval of Assistant Registrars and Signature Stamp Authorizations: <br /> MOTION: A motion to allow staff of the Town Clerk's Office be designated as Assistant <br /> Registrars: Dianne Sperber, Lisa Maguire, Kelley Cutone-Clair and Gina Carme was made and <br /> seconded. <br /> Motion to allow listed staff members to be listed as Assistant Registrars was approved by <br /> unanimous consent. <br /> Approval of Signature Stamp: <br /> MOTION: A motion to allow the use of the Board of Registrar signature stamp with the names of <br /> Gordon M. Jones III, Judy E. Moore, Mark R.
