FORMAL HEARING Chair Paul O'Shaughnessy opened the formai hearing for 11 Waltham Street,exterior changes (Re-roofing) in the Battle Green Historic District Documents Full plan set of proposed alteration: dated March 31, 2022 Photographs of entire face of each building elevation visible fi^om the public way: dated March 31, 2022 List of Material: dated March 31, 2022 Work Scope Narrative: dated March 31, 2022 The applicant explained the proposed changes of 11 Waltham Street. The Board felt the proposed plans were appropriate. Dan Hisel recused himself for this application because he is the tenant of this property. No Public Comments. Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to 11 Waltham Street.Motion carried, all in favor.
