Call to Order—HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal <br /> The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:02 pm. Minutes were taken by Harriet <br /> Cohen. <br /> 2. Review of Land Acquisition Policy <br /> The entirety of the meeting was spent in a review of the draft policy proposal. Substantial <br /> improvements were made.The subcommittee will review the updated proposal at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> 3. Set Next Meeting <br /> The subcommittee did not set a next meeting date. Ms. Weiss will coordinate among the <br /> subcommittee members to find a date when all are available. <br /> 4. Adjourn Meeting <br /> Ms. Weiss moved adjournment and Ms. Cohen seconded the motion.The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br />
