Call to Order—HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal <br /> The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:05 pm. Minutes were taken by Harriet <br /> Cohen. <br /> 2. Housing Partnership Board (HPB) Recommendations to the Planning and Select Boards <br /> The subcommittee had previously reviewed a draft of the letter which Ms. Weiss emailed to the <br /> Select Board on Jan. 28, 2022.The letter requests the approval of the Select Board for the HPB <br /> to lead an effort to develop a land acquisition policy including all four CPA stakeholders and a <br /> possible meeting with them on Feb. 71h was suggested in the email sent on Jan. 281h. Once <br /> developed,the policy would be submitted to the Select Board for their approval and for <br /> implementation by the Town. <br /> 3. Set Next Meeting <br /> The next meeting will be on February 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm. <br /> 4. Adjourn Meeting <br /> Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Weiss seconded the motion.The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br />
