Minutes were taken by Harriet Cohen. <br /> Agenda <br /> 1. Call to Order—HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal 5 minutes <br /> The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:03 pm. Land Acquisition Proposal Discussion 45 minutes <br /> The subcommittee and guests discussed various approaches to ensuring that affordable housing <br /> is considered when the Town has a land acquisition opportunity. <br /> The subcommittee agreed on the following next steps: <br /> • Set up a meeting with Carol Kowalski for her advice on implementing such a <br /> process. <br /> • Ms. Cohen will draft a letter and Ms.Weiss will review it. <br /> • Mr. Pressman will contact Mr. Pato to solicit his advice on ensuring that affordable <br /> housing is considered in Town land acquisitions. <br /> 3. Set Next Meeting 3 minutes <br /> The next meeting will be on January 25, 2022, at 7:00 pm. <br /> 4. Adjourn Meeting <br /> Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Weiss seconded the motion.The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br />
