RECEIVED <br /> 022 27 Apir, Ipium <br /> Housing Partnership Board Charge Revision Subcommittee TOWN CLERK <br /> LEXINGTON MA <br /> Meeting Minutes for March 17, 2022 <br /> Attendees: Harriet Cohen,Jeri Foutter, Bob Pressman, Betsey Weiss <br /> Absent: <br /> Guests: Margaret Heitz, Stephanie Hsu <br /> The meeting was chaired by Harriet Cohen and the minutes were taken by Ms. Cohen.The meeting was <br /> called to order at 7:02 p.m. and the roll was called. <br /> The attendees discussed the draft Housing Charge presented by Ms. Cohen.The attendees offered <br /> suggestions for improvement to the draft document and Ms. Cohen incorporated those suggestions. <br /> Among the incorporated suggestion was the addition of low income and senior affordable housing to <br /> the list of housing types. <br /> The subcommittee discussed but did not come to agreement on either the definition of the housing <br /> terms used in the draft (low income, moderate income, affordable, senior affordable, and workforce) or <br /> the process for defining those terms.The subcommittee will continue this discussion at their next <br /> meeting.The subcommittee will also continue its work to incorporate fair housing into the charge. <br /> The subcommittee agreed that the next meeting will be on April 5, 2022 at 7:00 pm. <br /> Ms. Weiss moved approval of the minutes for the subcommittee meeting on March 1, 2022. Ms. Foutter <br /> seconded the motion. Ms. Foutter, Mr. Pressman, and Ms. Cohen voted in favor; Ms. Weiss abstained. <br /> Ms. Weiss then moved adjournment and Ms. Foutter seconded the motion.The motion passed <br /> unanimously.The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm. <br />
