Harper Blaisdell, Chairman <br /> Richard R. Carlson Frank T. Parrish, Jr. <br /> Oscar r. Carlson Robert M. Gary <br /> Mrs. Richard W. Souza Raymond L. White, Secretary <br /> The first business to come before this meeting are several letters of re- <br /> quest for transfer of funds from the reserve fund; which are as follows:• <br /> Request under date of October 27th 1964 frog the Board of Selectmen for <br /> $1,000.00 from the Reserve Fund to Water Services account. Voted to approve <br /> the $1,000.00 transfer at our meeting of November 2, 1964. <br /> Request under date of October 27th 1964 to transfer $200.00from the <br /> Reserve Fund to the Ambulance account. A motion was made, seconded and voted <br /> to approve such transfer. <br /> ,Board of Selectmen request a transfer of $325.00 from the Reserve Fund <br /> to the planning board, expense account. A motion was made, seconded and <br /> voted to approve the request of $325.00. <br /> Thre Superintendent of Public Works requests the Board of Selectmen to <br /> request a transfer of 8,000.00 from the Reserve Fund to Snow Removal Account. <br /> A motion was made, seconded and voted to transfer $8,000.00 from the Reserve <br /> Fund to Snow Removal account. <br /> A letter from the Board of Selectmen requesting, a transfer from the <br /> Reserve Fund of $1,075.00 tothe Elections account under the jurisdiction of <br /> Selectmen Account. A- motion was made, seconded and voted to approve the <br /> request of $$1,075.00. <br /> A letter from the Dog officer requesting a transfer of $100.00 from the <br /> Reserve Fund to the Dog Officers account. A motion Was made by Frank Parrish, <br /> seconded and voted to approve the request of $100.00. <br /> After considering the requests for transfers from the Reserve i'und,the <br /> remainder of the evening was spent going over the budgets roughly, which this <br /> committee has received. <br /> Richard Battin suggested having four separate department groups in at <br /> each of our meetings to go over and examine their budget individually�,r <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10: 10 P.
