' 9 <br /> November 10, 1964 <br /> The Appropriation Committee met on Monday, evening November 9, 1964 <br /> at the, Hotel 128 in Dedham, Massachusetts. <br /> Present:; J. Harper Blaisdell, Chairman <br /> Logan Clarke, Jr. Oscar R. Carlson <br /> Frank T. Parrish,Jr. Raymond L. White, Sec. <br /> _., Richard H. Battin had planned to attend, but telephoned previous to date <br /> of meeting that he could not be present and was sorry. <br /> The hotel was crowed with Association meeting members and the dinner <br /> was very good. <br /> After dinner the main speakers were Ed. Wilson and Arthur MacKinnon of <br /> the Division of Accounts. <br /> They talked on Chapter 660 of 1963 and Chapter 959 which goes into effect <br /> on January 1, 1965 and numerous other items of interest. <br /> Arthur JacKinnon also answered numerous questions asked by the members <br /> which was of interest to all of us. <br /> The meeting was very educational and of interest to all members present. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.
