Also discussed were other potential fund-raising options of this program, suggested media platforms to be used,
groups to be contacted (Town Meeting Members Association, Council on Aging, et al.)and coordination with other boards
and committees within the town.
Kristen Elworthy(Seven Hills Communications)who has been commissioned by LexHAB to spearhead this effort, indicated
that a survey should be generated to be distributed to Lexington residents. A draft of the survey would be available shortly
and will be shared with Bob Burbidge, Les Savage and Bill Kennedy for comment and approval. A date of August 15, 2021
was established as a goal for a deadline for survey returns.
A motion was made and seconded that would approve the use of a survey in partnership with Seven Hills Communications.
Board members Bob Burbidge, Lester Savage and Bill Kennedy were to review and the Chair would have ultimate approval
for authority to release the survey to the Public.
Motion approved unanimously by a roll call vote.
Motion to Adjourn Open Session
The Chair moved to adjourn the Open Session and go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation as
an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the LexHAB and to discuss tenant matters that
if considered in Open Session might adversely affect privacy rights of individuals. The motion was seconded.
Motion approved unanimously by a roll call vote.
