431 <br /> July 30, 1963 <br /> The Secretary received a letter of request, dated July 16, 1963, <br /> from the Board of Selectmen in which the Fire Commissioners requested <br /> __ a transfer of $2,708.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Fire Department <br /> expense account. <br /> The Secretary contacted William P. Fitzgerald, Chairman of the Board of <br /> Fire Corrissioners to check to see if the request was urgent or <br /> whether such request could be delayed a few weeks due to the summer <br /> season and difficulty to get the Committee together. Bill Fitzgerald <br /> - said such request could be delayed a couple of weeks so the Secretary <br /> • informed Donald Noyes, Chairman. <br /> • Donald Noyes, Chairman, contacted by telephone, members of the Committee <br /> and the following members voted in favor of a transfer of $2,70$.00 from <br /> the Reserve Fund to the Fire Department expense account. <br /> Donald Noyes, Chairman <br /> J.
