M. in the office of the Town Accountant. <br /> Logan Clarke Jr. , Chairman <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell, Vice Chairman Richard H. Battin <br /> Maurice F. Shaughnessy Frank E. Douglas <br /> C. Roland Christensen John R. Bevan <br /> Raymond L. White, Secretary <br /> The secretary informed the members what our free cash was after the closing <br /> ,- of the Road Machinery Fund into Excess and Deficiency. The revised figure <br /> c., + is >159,757.01. <br /> Also the secretary stated what the Town' s borrowing capacity is, which <br /> was verified by the Bureau of Accounts. The figure is $2,906,657.00. <br /> The chairman stated that there will be no appropriation for the Posture <br /> Clinic this year. <br /> The chairman also stated that he has a request for 3,000.00 for an appropria- <br /> tion to cover the cost to study and prepare prelimenary plans for the <br /> Town Comfort Station. <br /> Some of our members sat in with the Board of Selectmen on some of the <br /> appropriations and the other members worked on Article Li. budget for our <br /> Annual Reports. <br /> The meeting finally adjourned at 11 : 15 P .
