Kingston <br /> The Chairman read letter received from Arthur E. Burrell, Director of Civil <br /> Defense on two Articles recommended for inclusion in March Town Meeting <br /> warrant, which are Warning System for $12,000 and Ventilation and Standby <br /> Power Equipment for two fire stations, police station, and Cary Hall for <br /> { 12,000. <br /> ` The Chairman stated that remodeling of school building does not come under <br /> State Aid. <br /> The articles in the special Town Warrant were then considered: <br /> Article 1 No recommendation <br /> 2 Recommended `>3,600,000 to be bonded for a period not to <br /> exceed 20 years <br /> 3 No recommendation <br /> Recommended 5490. "0 and to be raised in 1963 tax levy <br /> " 5 Recommended $3,350.00 and to be raised in 1963 tax levy <br /> 6 No recommendation <br /> 7 Recommended $1.00 and to be raised in 1963 tax levy <br /> Items in general were discussed and at 10:00 P.
