291 91 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the Town <br /> Accountant ' s office on December 7, 1959 at 8 :00 P. M. <br /> Present were : <br /> i <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell <br /> Maurice Shaughnessy Richard Battin <br /> Robert Meyer Alfred Viane <br /> Paul Buckley Howard Patterson <br /> Edward A. Palmer Norman Richards <br /> There was a preliminary discussion of budgets. <br /> At 8:30 P. M. the Library, represented by Mrs. Morey and Mr. Nason, <br /> came in for discussion. They consented to proposal to go along <br /> with expense budget. They left at 9:25 P. Pl. <br /> At 9:30 P. M. the Recreation Cmmmittee presented their budgets <br /> and proposals for Capital Expenses. <br /> It was voted to invite the Workshop of League of Women Voters <br /> to attend our joint meeting with the Capital Expenditures <br /> Committee in the Committee rom at Cary Memorial Hall at 8 :30 P. M. <br /> December 14th. <br /> It was voted to transfer $250 from Reserve Fund to Collectors <br /> Expense. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 P.
