289 <br /> A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the Town <br /> Accountant' s office on November 30, 1959 at 8:00 P. M. <br /> Present were : <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell <br /> Paul Buckley Alfred Viano <br /> Robert Meyer Edward A. Palmer <br /> Maurice Shaughnessy <br /> There was a general discussion of budgets. <br /> At 8:25 the health Commissioners came in to plead their cause. <br /> It was voted to transfer 1,200 to the Planning Board from Reserve. <br /> The Town Celebrations Committee came in to discuss budgets. <br /> The various budgets were reviewed and the meeting adjourned at <br /> 11:15 P.
