A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the Town <br /> Accountants 's office on November 9, 1959 at 8:00 P. M. <br /> Present were: <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell, Chairman <br /> Edward A. Palmer Robert Meyer <br /> Alfred Viano Paul Buckley <br /> Howard Patterson Maurice Shaughnessy <br /> d <br /> There was a general discussion of budgets and Capital Expenditures. <br /> In order to clerify the situation of the Chairman, Mr. Blaisdell <br /> resigned his present situation. <br /> Mr. Patterson took the chair. Mr. Blaisdell was nominated as <br /> chairman. It was voted that the nomination be closed. Mr. Blaisdell <br /> was then elected Chairman. <br /> The Secretary was instructed to obtain a ruling from the Town <br /> Counsel: that the Appropriation Committee submit the budget to the <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> At 8:30 Mr. Rycroft, Police Chief came in for discussions, he <br /> left at 10:00 P.
