A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the Town <br /> Accountant' s office on November 2, 1959 at 8:00 P. M. <br /> Present were: <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell, Chairman <br /> Edward A. Palmer Richard Battin <br /> Howard Patterson Robert Meyer <br /> Aldred Viano Maurice Shaughnessy <br /> There was a general discussion and a preliminary examination of <br /> budgets. <br /> At 8:30 the Fire Commissioners, Mr. Sheldon & Mr. Roeder came <br /> in to discuss the Department 's budget. They left at 10:10. <br /> At 10:10 Mr. Burrell, of the Civil Defense, discussed need for <br /> a appropriation this year. General discussion on need for program <br /> to be set up this year. Discussions ended at 11:15 P. M. <br /> Voted: Mosquito Control deficit of $1,500 to be transferred from <br /> Reserved Fund. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 11:20 P.
