June 8, 1959 <br /> Present were : <br /> Mr. J. ri-zrper Blaisdell Chairman <br /> Mr. Maurice F. Shaughnessy Mr. Paul Buckley <br /> Mr. ___ <br /> Howard A. Patterson Mr. Donald G. Colony <br /> Edward A. Palmer <br /> At 8:00 P. ii. yrs. Wanless of the Recreation Committee came in to <br /> explain the request for transfer of $800 to the Recreation Expenses. <br /> This transfer would permit the setting up of a program for retarded <br /> children who have no Summer program under the present system. <br /> It was voted to transfer the sum of $800 from the Reserve Fund, <br /> upon receipt of written policy approval from the Board of Selectmen, <br /> verbal approval having been received. <br /> Organizational discussion took up the rest of the meeting which <br /> adjourned at 9:10 P.
