Colony <br /> Munroe Hamilton <br /> Article: 42 was discussed and the Committee agreed that due to <br /> insufficient information no recommendation would be made but if <br /> the article was voted we would make recommendation from the floor <br /> as to financing. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P. P . to attend the Town Meeting. <br /> The Committee reconvened at 11:05 in the Committee Room. <br /> Present: Norman J. Richards <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell Maurice F. Shaughnessy <br /> Paul Buckley Edward A. Palmer <br /> Munroe Hamilton <br /> As Mr. Richards chairmanship expired with the dissolving of the <br /> Town Meeting.
