Richa2 ds,Chairman <br /> Wilfred Dwyer Donald Colony <br /> J. Harper Blaisdell Edward A. Palmer <br /> At 8:00 P. 11. Chief of Police Rycroft came in to discuss his Budget. <br /> At 9:15 P. M.
