Y. <br /> Present were: WilliP.m Madden Chairman <br /> Edgar C. Bailey Munroe Hamilton <br /> Kenneth F. Blodgett Wilfred Dwyer <br /> Paul Buckley Edward A. Palmer <br /> From 8:10 P. I. to 11 :15 P. M. the Committee reviewed the report <br /> as compiled. Also composed the preamble to Voters. The <br /> Committee voted not to reconsider such articles as had been <br /> previously disapproved. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 11 :15, P. M.
