900 <br /> A Meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the Committee <br /> Room of Cary Memorial Hall on January 21, 1957 at 8 P. M. <br /> Present were: <br /> William Madden, Chairman <br /> Edgar Bailey Wilfred Dwyer <br /> Paul Buckley Edward A. Palmer, Secy. <br /> Munroe Hamilton <br /> As Public Works' Superintendent could not be present, James Collins , <br /> Welfare Agent, was asked to attend. At 8:05 he explained the Budget <br /> including minimum salaries under Civil Service. He left at 9:45 P.M. <br /> The Committee voted the following Budgets:- <br /> 52-B 1-E <br /> 52-C 2-C <br /> 53 4 <br /> 54 5-C <br /> 55 10-A <br /> It was voted to still hold Recreation Budget until comparable fig- <br /> ures are received from adjoining towns, covering per cent of latest <br /> Budget Programs, etc. <br /> School Department or Public Works to be present at next Meeting. <br /> Adjourned to meet January 28, 1957. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Secretary <br />
