9 <br /> The Appropriation Committee met in the Committee Room of Cary Mem- <br /> orial Hall on September 2L., 1956, at 8 P. M. The Meeting was call- <br /> ed by mail . <br /> Present were: <br /> William Madden, Chairman <br /> Munroe Hamilton Donald Colony <br /> �-. Wilfred Dwyer John Works <br /> Paul Buckley Edgar Bailey <br /> Edward A. Palmer, Secy. <br /> 8:12 P. M. The Franklin School Addition Committee came to explain <br /> the need for additional appropriations for the building. They left <br /> at 9:25 P. M. <br /> 9:35 P. M. The School Committee arrived to discuss the Franklin <br /> School Addition, Emergency School Transportation and Junior High <br /> School Study. They left at 10:20 P. M. <br /> The Committee voted the appropriation of $79,000.00 for the Franklin <br /> School Addition: $19,000.00 to be transferred from Excess and De- <br /> ficiency and $60,000.00 to be bonded. <br /> The Committee voted the transfer of A1500.0O from the Reserve Fund <br /> to the Fire Department Personal Services. <br /> The Meeting adjourned at 11 :15 P. M. , and will meet October 1, 1956 <br /> at 7:15 P. M. , prior to the Special Town Meeting. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Secretary <br />
