M. , in response to notifica- <br /> tion by mail . <br /> Present were :- <br /> William Madden, Chairman <br /> Donald Colony Munro Hamilton <br /> Paul Buckley John Works <br /> Edgar Bailey Edward A. Palmer, Sec 'y. <br /> The first order of .usiness was the election of new officers for <br /> 1956-1957. Nominated and elected unanimously were : - <br /> William Madden, Chairman <br /> Norman Richards, Vice Chairman <br /> Edward Palmer, Secretary <br /> Requests for transfers from the Reserve Fund were next discussed <br /> and voted as follows : - <br /> Printing <br /> ollows : - <br /> Printing Town Report 64.66 Approved <br /> Appropriation Expense 100.00 Approved <br /> Parking Space Construction 1,366.00 - - No action to be <br /> taken until further information is received. <br /> It was also decided that all expenditures, which shall be <br /> in excess of appropriation, be discussed with the Committee <br /> before the liability is assumed. <br /> • <br /> After an explanation of the Fire Station Committee for the benefit <br /> of the new member, Mr. Hamilton, Paul Buckley was appointed Approp- <br /> riation Committe Member to the Committee . <br /> The Meeting adjourned at 9:05 P .
