Palmer, Secy. <br /> The Tax Rate was discusses at length. <br /> It was voted to approve the Road Machinery Appropriation less <br /> the H D-11 and the Snow Removal request for one plow and one <br /> sander. <br /> It was voted unanimously to a.)Urove the Major Capital Expenditures <br /> Town Office Building Bond $215,000.00, Transfer $11,000.00 Real <br /> • Estate Fund, $55,000.00 Tax Levy. <br /> Franklin School Addition Bond $470,000.00 and 45,000.00 Tax Levy. <br /> Cary Library Addition Bond $295,000.00, Transfer $35,000.00 E & <br /> D, and $62,000.00 in Tax Levy. <br /> It was voted unanimously to eliminate Trunk Line from Sewer Approp- <br /> riation and Bond $53,000.00 and raise $50,000.00 in Tax Levy. —t <br /> Water Construction 6-16" Bond $110;000.00, Transfer $58,800.00 from <br /> available surplus and assessment funds. <br /> Street Construction Bond $100,000.00, Transfer $70,000.00 from <br /> E & D. <br /> Further work was done on the Committee Report and tree Meeting ad- <br /> o jurned at 11 :40 P.
