M. , in the Committee Room of Cary Memorial Hall, <br /> with the following members present: <br /> William Madden, Chairman <br /> Kenneth Blodgett Norman Richards <br /> Donald Colony Wilfred Dwyer <br /> Edgar Bailey Donald Clark <br /> Edward A. Palmer, Secy. <br /> Mr. Snow discussed the traffic situation re : Hayden Foundation, <br /> Worthen Road, Route 3 and Baskin Property Rd. , and requested a <br /> member of the Committee to meet with the Planning Board. After <br /> he left, it was decided that such a joint meeting was unnecessary. <br /> The following Budgets were approved: <br /> Voting Machines Plumbing Dept. Personal Services <br /> Collector' s Expense Plumbing Dept . Expense <br /> Law Salary Wire Dept. Personal Services <br /> Law Expense Wire Dept. Expense <br /> Law Special Fees Public Wrks . Office P. S. <br /> Veterans ' Day Expense Engineering Dept . P. S. <br /> Memorial Day Expense Town Office & Cary Memorial P.S. <br /> Police Personal Services Town Office & Cary Memorial Exp <br /> Building Department Expense <br /> At 9:25 P . M. , Mr. James came in and discusses the tax rate . He left <br /> at 10:25 P. iv'. <br /> It was voted that the proposed new Town Office Building could be post- <br /> poned. <br /> It was voted to approve the appropriation for Cary Library Addition: <br /> Bonding : 295,000.00, E & D :p 35,000.00, Tax Levy X35,000.00. <br /> Next Meeting will be held on February 24, 1956 at 9:00 A.
