Palmer, Secy. <br /> Paul Buckley <br /> At 8:00 P. M. , Mr. J. J. Carroll, Town Clerk & Treasurer, was <br /> in to explain his needs for the year 1956. Explained in detail <br /> the growth of Departments under his direction. He left at 8 :50 . <br /> 9:00 P. M. William Maloney presented case for Town Facilities <br /> Building. He left at 9:/1 2. M. <br /> At 9 :55, Mr. Gay presented Library Addition Plan and left at <br /> 10:10. <br /> The following Budgets were approved:- <br /> Library Expenses Tax Title & Foreclosure Expenses <br /> Insurance Unclassified <br /> !!r. Raymond James gave further details and additional schedules <br /> for the Salary Plan. The Plan was discussed in detail . He left <br /> at 11 :45 P. M. <br /> It was voted to recommend the adoption of the Rpport of the Salary <br /> Advisory Board. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 12:01 A.
