Palmer, Secy. <br /> The Personnel Salary Plan was discussed. <br /> The following Budgets were approved: - <br /> Recreation Personal Services <br /> Celebration Committee Expenses <br /> It was moved and voted to approve current Celebration tapense . <br /> and to discuss with Selectmen the advisability of making this <br /> Committee a permanent By-Law Committee. <br /> Mr. Bateman and Mr. James were in to compare Budget approvals . <br /> They left at 12:00 M. <br /> The meeting adjourned to meet on Monday, February 6, 1956. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Secretary <br />
