174 <br /> A Meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held on January 23, <br /> 1956 at 8 :00 P. M. , in the Committee Room of Cary Memorial Hall. <br /> Present were : - <br /> Donald Clark, Chairman <br /> Kenneth Blodgett Edgar Bailey <br /> William Madden Norman Richards <br /> Donald Colony Edward A. Palmer, Secy. <br /> At 8:00 P. M. , the Library Building Committee presented plans <br /> and discussed the need for an addition to the library at ' 100,000.00. <br /> They left at 8 :50 P. M. <br /> 6:50 P. M. The decreation Committee presented their Budget. Mr. <br /> Crerie, as speaker, requested an additional $500.00 for winter <br /> recreation. Left at 10:20 P. M. <br /> Voted approval of the following Budgets:- <br /> Recreation <br /> udgets:-Recreation Expense <br /> Disability Aid & Expenses <br /> A Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 26, 1956, <br /> with Town Facilities Com^Zittee in the Selectmen' s Office at <br /> 8 :00 P. M. Members will be notified by mail . <br /> The next regular Meeting will be held January 30, 1956. <br /> Adjourned at 10:4.5 P . M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Secretary <br />
