M. , in the Committee Room of Cary Memorial Hall on Dec- <br /> ember 19, 1955. <br /> Present were :- <br /> William Madden, Vice Cnairrnan <br /> Kenneth Blodgett Edgar Bailey <br /> Donald Colony Norman Richards <br /> Wilfred Dwyer Edward Palmer, Seely. <br /> At 8 :00 P. M. , the Welfare Board was in to explain their <br /> Budget. Mr. Collins gave an explanation of State and Fed- <br /> eral Grants . They left at 8:45 P. M. <br /> It was voted to transfer $3,000.00 from the Reserve Fund <br /> to the Road Machinery Account at 9:40 P. M. <br /> The following Budgets were approved:- <br /> Public welfare, Administration <br /> Public Welfare, Aid and Expenses <br /> Disability, Aid and Expenses <br /> Aid to Dependent Children, Administration <br /> Aid to Dependent Children, Aid and Expenses <br /> Veteran' s Aid, Administration <br /> Veteran' s Aid and Expenses <br /> Veteran's Burial <br /> Cemetery Wages and Expenses <br /> The Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.
