168 <br /> A Meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held on October 17, <br /> 1955. at 8 P. M. in the Committee Room at Cary Memorial Hall . <br /> Present were : <br /> Donald Clark, Chairman <br /> Kenneth Blodgett Wilfred Dwyer <br /> William Madden Edgar Bailey <br /> Norman Richards John Works <br /> Edward Palmer, Secy. <br /> Transfer of $193 .00 from Reserve Fund to Cary Library Expense <br /> was voted. <br /> Budget procedures were discussed and it was decided to drop <br /> the Committee form of review and examine the budgets and re- <br /> vert to t__e general Committee procedure. <br /> It was agreed that the Planning Board may use the tape record- <br /> er when necessary. <br /> The Committee was requested to meet at 9:30 with the Selectmen <br /> at the Selectmen's Office, and there heard the request of Mr. <br /> Burns for the transfer of funds to the Water Services, Sewer <br /> Services and Ashes and Dump Accounts. <br /> Returning to the Committee Room at 10:15, the Committee voted <br /> the transfer from Reserve Fund as follows : <br /> Sewer Services $ 5,000.00 <br /> Water Services 5,000.00 <br /> Ashes & Dumps 3 ,000.00 <br /> $13 ,000.00 <br /> The Meeting adjourned at 10 :20 P.
