A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the <br /> Conference Room, Cary Memorial Building on December 6, 1954 <br /> with the following members present: <br /> Gardner C. Ferguson, Chairman <br /> John Biggs Austin W. Fisher, Jr. <br /> Robert R. Cave James V. MacDonald <br /> Donald T. Clark William Madden <br /> Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. Leslie C. Read <br /> Frank D. Walker, Sec. <br /> A letter to the Board of Selectmen was read requesting a tran- <br /> sftr of $600.85 to the Elections Dqt. Jurisdiction Selectmen. <br /> Voted to transfer. <br /> The Library budget was then taken up. A letter from the Librar- <br /> ian was read with reference to the budget for books. It was <br /> voted to O.K. the book budget. The other questioned items will <br /> be taken up first thing next wek. <br /> The Fire Engineers budget was then discussed with the sub commit- <br /> tee. After many questions the sub committee will report next <br /> meeting. <br /> A discussion relative to the Appropriation Committee report <br /> followed. As a target date, January 4th is the date we hope to <br /> have Article 4 finished. <br /> The following budgets were approved: <br /> Unclassified 600.00 <br /> Town Clerk & Treas. Ex. 1,600.00 <br /> Collector - Pers. Serv. 10,640.00 <br /> Expenses 3,350.00 <br /> Adm. Trust Funds 175.00 <br /> Accounting Expense 4500.00 <br /> Law Dept. Pers. Serv. ,000.00 <br /> Special Fees 5,000.00 <br /> Expenses 1,500.00 <br /> Appropriation Comm. <br /> Pers. Serv. 600.00 <br /> Health Dept. Pers.
