Ferguson, Cnairman <br /> Austin Fisher Jr. Thomas Donnelly Jr. <br /> Robert R. Cave James V. MacDonald <br /> John Biggs Leslie C. Reed <br /> William Madden Donald T. Clark <br /> Frank D. Walker, Sec. <br /> A policy of "Hold the line" was decided upon as far as the tax rate <br /> is concerned. <br /> It was requested that the sub-committees have very detailed inform- <br /> ation relative to their respective committees and report to the main <br /> committees so that preliminary suggestions may be made to committees <br /> or departments as to the actual amount for appropriation when final <br /> meeting is held; also writing part of report relative to their scope <br /> of observation. <br /> Car Allowances : Gardner has fulfilled agreement to bring up. ( One <br /> dissenter) <br /> The Long Range Planning Committee met at 8:20 and discussed the Plan- <br /> ning Board, Recreation Committee, School Committee and Police Depart- <br /> ment. <br /> Police Dept.
