4 15 <br /> Letter from Board of Selectmen read requesting transfers for <br /> Collector's Office. <br /> "Voted to transfer from the Reserve Fund to Collector' s Personal <br /> Services, 8500.00 - Collectors Expenses 8325.00. <br /> and to advise the Board of Selectmen as follows : <br /> "The Appropriation Committee was surprised at your failure <br /> to comment as to your reasons for complete reversal of <br /> your stand regarding the need for extra help in the Tax <br /> Collector's Office, and on the problems described in the <br /> report. We presume this situation is receiving your attention. " <br /> Bill was presented by the Secretary showing the necessity for transfer <br /> of 0%34.20 to the 19th of April expenses. <br /> "Voted that when official request for transfer is received from Select- <br /> men, that the transfer will be authorized. " <br /> Meeting officially closed at 9 :20 F.M. <br /> Selectmen Haskell Reed, WilliamMaloney and Frederick Gay were invited <br /> to attend an unofficial discussion of preparation of the budgets in <br /> getting out the annual report of the Appropriation Committee.
